RSPB South Stack, Anglesey

Some time ago I won a Falconry day in a Charity auction down in mid Wales, and it has now been called off three times because of the rain.... what has this got to do with South Stack you might ask... well...
On the last occasion it was called off, Sharon and I were sat in McDonalds in Mold having breakfast on the way to the Falconry Centre, only to get a call telling us it was pouring down with rain there and it would have to be postponed again.... so we were sat in Mc'Ds at 7am on a Friday morning, the weather not great wondering what the hell to do!! Sharon suggested that I had mentioned a few times about visiting RSPB South Stack on Anglesey, so that was it, quick dash home to pick up the necessary gear and off we went. The weather was very wet driving there, but surprisingly for us it cleared when we got there, and we had a lovely but rather breezy walk along the cliffs, watching stacks of Razorbills and Guillemots in and out of their nests on the cliffs. It wasn't a great photography day, but still managed a few shots, but will be returning on a nicer day.... hope you enjoy!!
